I just wanted to follow up with you on our day snowmobiling day trip we took last Saturday. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! The group of people we had all had big smiles on their faces all day and our guide was fantastic. Especially when he had to dig Darcy out of the snow after he didn’t make it to the top of a steep hill we were all playing on. There was so much snow everywhere and we all just had a blast.  You and your team are great and we hope to go sledding with your company again.  We are already looking at coming back to the Whitefish area in February.  Thanks again!

Our guide was very informative about the area. We stopped at a few magnificent views of the MT countryside. He stopped to point out animal tracks, founds an elk shed along the trail and waited patiently as a pair of moose blocked the trail. A great, invigorating day for the adrenaline junky. We can’t wait to return and ride again.

Thank you for the amazing afternoon of sledding. We enjoyed our trip so very much. Patrick and Erik were wonderful tour guides, so very patient with us and accommodating. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We would highly recommend your company to anyone. We plan on another trip real soon!

I’ve snowmobiled on some of the best powder in the world. Swan Mountain’s excursions rank with the best of them. The view from Desert Mountain is incredible. On a clear day one can see the end of the Hungry Horse Reservoir to the south and peaks miles north in Glacier Park. On top of Big Mountain, the view stretches all the way to Canada. The machines, trails, and guides are as good as you are going to find anywhere. Whether you have sledded all your life or have never sat on a snowmobile, Swan Mountain is the best choice for a winter trip in the Flathead.

We can’t thank you enough for the amazing snowmobile adventure on February 11, 2011. The snowmobiles were very nice and you guys think of all the extras! Erik even came equipped with extra gear to help keep me warm when the sun started to set and I got cold. Erik is a fantastic guide and the trails were stunning! Thank you for an experience we will never forget!

Our family will never forget the Swan Mountain snowmobile excursion to the top of Desert Mountain. The route to the top of the mountain was exciting and the view from the top was amazing! The trip was well organized and Erik was an awesome guide. We have taken several snowmobile excursions in past years with other outfitters, but especially enjoyed this trip because of the planning and execution. We had an awesome trip snowmobiling in Montana. We went years ago at Lake Tahoe, but your trails and views were much more breathtaking. It was also very interesting driving at night. You all definitely earned your money with us when we continued to get our snowmobiles stuck in the snow. Your attittudes were very pleasant and you had a cheerful spirit. Thanks again!

Our trip far surpassed our expectations.  The bonus  was being at the beginning of the season and no one else out there so we didn’t have to share the spectacular beauty.  We all 3 appreciated your willingness and effort to  accommodate us and the flexibility your outfit showed.  We are hoping to come back and bring our girls sometime.

We were looking for an affordable snowmobile trip when we came upon the ad for Swan Mountain Snowmobiling. We found the pricing for for a half day trip with guide to be very appealing. Our guide, Erik, was GREAT! Very knowledgeable about the area and a great personality. We would highly recommend anyone looking for fun to try Swan Mountain.

I’d like to express my admiration and gratitude to Swan Mountain Snowmobiling for the wonderful snowmobile trip this afternoon.  We were comparing previous “excursions” we had experienced and agreed that “hands down” this was by far the best experience we have had.  Your equipment was immaculate, attitudes friendly and “can do”, service professional yet warm and enthusiastic.  What you offered our group exceeded expectation and expense.

Snowmobiling Desert Mountain is a great way to experience the dramatic beauty of this area – the trail is groomed and safe and the view from the top is spectacular in all directions. The best part for us was arriving at the trailhead where our new snowmobiles were all gassed up, well equipped and ready for us to have a carefree ride to the top!

I wanted to take a minute and write you a note about our recent experience snowmobiling. My family and I have traveled a fair amount and tomorrow we will conclude a nine day trip to Montana. Tennessee is home so we aren’t snowmobiling people to say the least. Your entire staff has been fantastic to work with. Ashley was our main office contact and she was over-the-top helpful. She is the reason I chose Swan when I was booking . The guides we had, Pat and Shawn, are why we will return. They were great. We took all three trips; Pat for 2 hours and then Shawn for two 4 hour trips. My entire family had what we all describe as the most incredible and enjoyable experience we can remember. Shawn was able to show us some areas to play that were absolutely great. Our two sons loved following him as he showed them various climbs and fields. Great job! Again, thank you for a great experience and for helping us make some wonderful memories.

For our first time in Montana, we could not have asked for a more friendly and quality focused company. We never were left wanting for anything. We would do it again and recommend this outfit to everyone.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you and the folks at Swan Mountain Outfitters know how much we enjoyed our long weekend in Montana last weekend. The hi-lite was definitely the snowmobile trip at Desert Mountain on Friday. Shawn was an absolutely amazing guide (even if we did have to dig him out of the deep snow at one point….LOL)! I can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciated you converting a sled to a left hand throttle so Klay could pilot his own sled…and that you were willing to deliver it to your competitor on Saturday so he could use it again! This demonstrates a customer service attitude that can be hard to find these days. In fact, I can’t help but compare our experience between Friday and Saturday, and frankly there is no comparison. From the reservation process, the friendliness of the staff, the guide….everything!… Swan is so far ahead of “the other guys” in every category that I would not consider using anyone other than Swan on our next trip (and enthusiastically recommending them to others should the opportunity arise). Thanks again for helping make our little mini vacation so memorable.
